Bipolar sucks, and I'm trying to make meditation a part of my morning routine. Last psych ward I was at, we did meditation once in a group, and it was a very enlightened experience, and a moment I shall cherish always.

Calm your mind….. Think about something that you are not emotionally tied to.. For me, it was “trees, then flowers and eventually whatever thoughts that kept running in your mind would stop! Pray to GOD a simple prayer: GOD HELP ME ! And just thank him for small things, like being ALIVE, your children (which aren’t small but you get the picture) your family, your health where you are within it, the food on your table whether it’s just a piece of bread, no matter how small be grateful! God will show up in your life! I love you and cannot wait for you to get to where I am and even surpass me! The more you become what GOD has for you, the greater the blessings will through all of us! I’m happy you are alive! Thank GOD FOR YOU!

2024-2025 10th batch attendance

I lost my husband on 11th feb 24. I can't accept all this. Every time I feel that he is surrounding me,he want to say something to me.I want to connect with him.please anybody tell me how I can connect with him. Every place I miss him inside or outside the house. Can he become my life partner in next life. I don't know what to do. He was everything for me. I don't want to live without him but when I think for my 4 yr child I feel helpless. I saw everything in front of my eyes.He was talking with me and suddenly everything finished.I can't understand how a healthy person leave me in this way. Is meditation help me to connect with him.

When I was meditating I slept off

I haven’t seen you since 1999. I saw your work every now and then. I saw some hate campaign - death threads and suicide encouragements… I have caused you pain and for that I am truly sorry. It breaks my heart you could talk to the whole world about it but not me. I’m thankful there was someone to hold your hand through your dark times. I let go of you now and wish you true peace of mind and happiness in your days. 🙏🏻
